    All pre-orders for BoxGuard Pro: 1st Edition will ship between July 20–25. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.

    Yes! BoxGuard Pro is specifically engineered to fit standard-sized Pokémon Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs) with a snug, secure display fit.

    We offer our Collector Safe Guarantee. If your case arrives cracked, scratched, or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge — no questions asked.

    ❓ Can I cancel my pre-order?

    Yes — you can cancel for a full refund any time before July 18, when we begin engraving and packaging orders.

    ❓ Will this drop ever return?

    No — every drop is individually engraved and exclusive to its release. Once sold out, it will never be recreated.

    Yes. Our cases use crystal-clear, UV-resistant acrylic to protect your boxes from long-term fading, yellowing, and environmental damage.

    ❓ Are the cases stackable or display-safe?

    Absolutely. Each BoxGuard Pro case has a flat base and protective lid design that allows safe stacking and stable shelf or display case placement.

    ❓ What ETBs does it not fit?

    BoxGuard Pro fits all modern Pokémon ETBs (Sun & Moon era onward). Older or oversized collector boxes (like Premium Collections or UPCs) may not fit — but future drops will cover those formats.
